Broken thumbnail image when entering product manually
When uploading products manually, you may encounter an issue where the product image is broken or not showing on the thumbnail in their category page.
If so, try the following:
- Double check the images are uploaded.
- Try uploading the image in jpg format not png.
- The reason for this is, when uploading an image in png format, it will not automatically upload to the thumbnail. However, if you upload it as a jpg format, it will automatically upload to both.
