How to create a support ticket?

If you have not already done so, you can register for a WebJaguar account here. This is the account that you can use to create support tickets when you need to get in touch with the WebJaguar support team.

Once you have registered and logged in with your account you will see the My Account page dashboard. On this page look for the "Customer Support" block and from here you can either create new support tickets or see the status of previous tickets you have created.

Support tickets get sent to the entire WebJaguar support team and will likely result in a faster response time than direct emails.

Most tickets are responded to within 24 hours. If the issue is complex, please allow the support team extra time to look into the issue.
